Main Features

1. PLC ,man-machine interfaces,photoelectric tracing,central control are incorporated to realize fully automantic feeding ,adjusting,die-plate-locking,die-cutting,counting collecting ,manlfunction display and diagnoss etc.

2. The uniquely designed three-cam indexing mechanism made of Gr15 high-quality steel material ,and produced by machines  controlled by computer ensures more precise intermittences ,high die-cutting precision as well as a smooth running of gripper bars .

3. The main SIEMENS motor is controlled by a imported transducer ,which can do stepless speed changes .

4. The bearing and chains of main drive ,PLC,transducers,man-machine interfaces,photoelectric switches and all the other electric apparatus are imported ones.

5. Many photoelectric sensors are incorporated to ensure the safeness to man and machine .

6. The main motor is controlled by pheumafic clutch ,which realizes a smooth longrun ,precise inch move ,precise locating and inertialess start and stop.

7.Pneumatic clutch,pheumatic sample-collecting ,pheumatic clutching and non-pressure tracing are all automatic .

8. Two man -machine interfaces are incorporated ,and quite several oprenating panels are designed to make the operation more conveninet.

9. The double-sheet checking system,adopting photoelectric sensors realizes a more precious double-sheet checking-thus reducing the occuring of errors.
